The accommodation is presented to a high standard with a sitting room complete with exposed beams and a wood burning stove, a modern fitted kitchen and a shower room. Up the steep cottage stairs is a spacious bedroom with super-king size bed (can be made up as a twin on request).

The cottage has a private and sunny garden to the rear with furniture and barbecue. Gunthorpe is a ten minute drive to the Georgian market town of Holt and a fifteen minute drive to the North Norfolk coast.
