There is a lovely enclosed garden adjoining the property, which is mainly laid to lawn and shared with Orange House Apartment next door.

Heacham is a large seaside village which attracts families, golfers, bird watchers and walkers throughout the year. There are an abundance of shops, including butchers, bakers, chemist, supermarket & gift shop all within a few minutes walk of Orange House. The beach is approximately a 20 minute walk away. There are also a number of pubs and a restaurant within the village.
